The 14-day statutory withdrawal period explained below does not shorten this 30-day guarantee.
You pay the direct cost of return shipping when returning an instrument because you have changed your mind. For statutory withdrawals, this applies where you were informed of those costs before purchase.
Faulty or incorrectly supplied goods are handled separately. Please contact support before arranging shipment so we can help with the appropriate return process.
This section explains your legal rights, separately from our 30-day money-back guarantee. Consumers normally have 14 days after receiving an online goods purchase to withdraw without giving a reason. Our Vibes guarantee gives you 30 days to notify us of a return instead; it does not limit your statutory rights.
For the statutory period, receipt by your nominated recipient also counts. For one order delivered separately, the period starts with the last goods.

After declaring a statutory withdrawal, send the goods back within 14 days. This shipping deadline starts when you notify us, not when the instrument arrives with you. Original packaging is not a condition for exercising this statutory right. You are liable only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics and functioning.
We reimburse payments, including standard outbound delivery, within 14 days after your declaration. Extra costs for a more expensive delivery option are excluded. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or proof of dispatch, whichever comes first.
